Dear Customer,

We've made a few recent updates to our website and reports.  Notably all SNP Reports now come in PDF format as well as (for the time being) the original movie format.

Whilst the movies provided enhancements such as animations, the PDF format allows us to update the content far more easily whilst providing you something you can download and readily share with others.

We have also updated the mtDNA Reports which are also in PDF format.

Sample reports can be seen via the links on the left (but please do not print them off unless you absolutely have to!)

We've just added a search function to the main page so that you can find those keywords you've been looking for.  We've always had a site map but this makes searching quicker with the help of Google on the site.

Something we really want to do is get your suggestions for updating the website.  Specifically, we want to know what functionality you would like.  Things like an on-site forum, your own profile, a stronger community feel for projects, project websites, Google mapping of other member locations within your project, uploading of other data from other sites etc...

Log in and leave us a message - we've created a special section on your Personal Page so we can keep track of all of the suggestions.

We shall then completely re-design our database and website with your suggestions in mind - it's an ambitious project but something we hope you will appreciate and full of the things you want!

Sincerely,
Alastair Greenshields
Principal
