BEAL DNA PROJECT Including BEAL/BEALE/BEALS/BEALL/BALE/BELL/BAILEY/BALES & other SOUNDEX B400 SURNAME STUDIES browse this URL & associated links
The Objectives of this DNA Project are:
1. To establish Y chromosome Ancestral or Unique Haplotypes for each of the surnames included in this project.
2. To set up charts of the Y-chromosome DNA, including each DNA sample that has been submitted by the participants.
3. To establish if there are common ancestors for each of the surnames.
4. To determine the commonality, if any, between the participating surnames.
5. To determine any commonality in the origins of the surnames, using the first ancestral place of origin from each migration pattern or pedigree for each sample.
6. To provide a genetic signature (Ancestral Haplotype) for as many early immigrant colonial ancestors, as possible.
7. To place participants Y-DNA test results in the web pages for this project and a thumbnail migration pattern for each under their name or a coded privacy designation.
Please visit my web pages and linked URLs for detailed information, starting with my What's New web site. We have been successful in establishing many lines of ancestry. These have proved genealogical records by DNA testing. We have also disproved other assumed relationships. The surnames listed are part of the SOUNDEX B400 and are DNA Studies in the project. You must have a living male descendant of same surname, willing to be tested, from whom you are trying to prove your earliest ancestor. Women may use a close male descendant of same surname, willing to be tested, from whom you are trying to prove your earliest ancestor. Women may use close male relatives, of that surname, as surrogates in the testing. The testing parallels the surname descent. Answers to questions can be found at the website above or by emailing the group manager at DNAGenealogist@aol.com
I do recommend the 43 marker test as the best test available! But the 25 marker test as the most economical approach for our project!
Check the migration pages and test results pages. Individuals are protected by Project Privacy Codes, when desired. |
